Phonics help and weblinks!

This is a very useful website for helping your children to work on their phonics:
mrthorne.com
Simply type in the phoneme you wish to hear and it will take you to a video to show you and your child how that sound should be pronounced. Phonics are so vital to opening the door to your child being a successful reader and it is really important that children get this right at the earliest possible opportunity.
